Website packages in this day and age can get a little expensive, depending of course the amount of detail that is involved in the design. ECommerce designs are going to be much more expensive due to the tricky nature of the programming and database and the amount of products that have to be inserted onto the website. Profile sites can be a cheaper alternative, I can design you a static website up to 10 pages for just £299 and install a content management system for as little as £199 with a couple of designs to choose from.

Ecommerce Websites - I charge a one time fee of £399 for installation and design. The input of products and content is then down to the client.

Static Website Design - A design coded from scratch is available for £299.

Content Management System - A website that gives the client full control of his/her very own website. The only downfall to a content management system is that there are only a handful of templates to choose from. This is ideal to wipe out extre charges that a web designer would normally charge for updating websites at an hourly rate. I will setup and install a handful of templates for you to choose from for £199.

Payment Details - All packages are subject to a 50/50 payment agreement. The 50% up front fee acts as a retainer and will also cover costs of hosting for 1 year and domain name registration for 2 years. Upon acceptance of the design the further 50% fee should be paid within 7 days and the hosting & domain details are then released to the client. The client will sign up for an account at 123-reg where I can transfer the domain to them so they have 100% control of their own website.

Domain Registration & Hosting - A lot of web designers will charge you annual fees for both hosting and domain renewal, when I register a domain for a client that means I have 100% control of that domain, therefore I could charge the client however much I please. I do not believe in holding any client to ransom, so upon completion of the 100% design fees I will transfer the domain to your ownership under the 123-reg account.
